Return Eligibility Requirements
Some items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke free, make-up free and damage free.
- Original tags & packagings must be attached & intact.
- Final Sale items and wholesale items will not be accepted for return. Examples of final sale items are listed below
- Face Masks, Jewelry, press on nails, wholesale nails
- Gift cards and any items marked 40% off or more at time of sale
- Returnable items will only be accepted within 3 days after the delivery date. Anything over 3 days will not be eligible for a return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment once the item is receive back.
- Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded minus the return shipping expenses.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, damage or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout wrong. Once the package is handed over to the postal service we will nolonger be responsible for the package. If their is a problem with your delivery please contact the delivery service to file a claim.
- Processing time is between 1-2weeks
